If you have Microsoft OneDrive installed on your Mac and what to know how much storage you are used, then follow the below steps.
Step 1: Click on OneDrive icon on Menu bar
Step 2: Click on the Help & Settings icon
Step 3: Click on the Preferences
Step 4: Move to Accounts tab
Here you will see how much storage that you have utilized.
Example: 140 GB of 1,024 GB cloud storage used
