If you want to know which version of OneDrive App has been installed on your Mac you can follow the below steps.

Make sure the OneDrive app is running on your Mac. If not use Spotlight Search to open it.
Click on the OneDrive icon on the macOS Menubar and click on the Gear/Settings icon.
Now select Preferences.
Click on the About tab.
You should see the Version and the Device ID details here.
