If you have a Microsoft Excel file (common extensions .xlsx, .xlx, or .csv) and you want to convert it to a PDF file on a Mac, you can do that using the Microsoft Excel for Mac application.
Convert Excel file to PDF Steps for Mac
- Step 1: Open the Excel file you want to convert to PDF.
- Step 2: Now go to Menu: File -> Save as...
- Step 3: Now for File Format select PDF
- Step 4: You any choose form options Workbook - to save all sheets, or Sheet - to save a specific sheet/tab.
- Step 5: Click save.
