Open tabs in macOS terminal
In order to open a new tab in macOS Terminal (I am using macOS Ventura with Zsh as the default shell), you can do that in two ways,
Example 1: Open new Terminal tab keyboard shortcut
Being on the Terminal window press the Command + T button to open a new tab.
Example 2: Open new Terminal tab using menu options
Go to Menu: Shell -> New Tab -> New tab with Profile
You get different options here like, Basic, Grass, Homebrew, Man Page, Novel, Ocean, Pro, Red Sand, Solid colors, etc
To add more tabs you can click on the + sign next to the last tab, this will open up more tabs!
To close a tab, simply hover over the tab name and you should see a close cross icon, click on it to close the tab.
