By default the color of tabs on Excel Sheets is grey! If you want to have a different color for them, just right-click on the tab name (Control-Click on Macbook) and select "tab color" and choose the color and shade you want from the options available.
Step-by-Step:
- Control-Click on the tab name.
- Now hover over "Tab Color"
- Choose the color and shade you want.
- Repeat the same for other tabs.
