If you have downloaded a Python Notebook file with .ipynb and accessing it with your Jupyter Notebook on your device and you see "Not Trusted" as it can be potentially unsafe.
Reasons for Not Trusted Notebooks
- To protect you against potentially malicious code execution.
- The source of the notebook is unverified or unknown.
- To indicate that the notebook's code needs to be reviewed before execution.
- To prevents automatic code execution from untrusted notebooks.
How to Explicit Trust a notebook
- Open Terminal/Command Prompt.
- Open the Notebook by the below command,
jupyter trust /path-to-notebook/notebook-name.ipynb - This will open up the notebook in your web browser with a Trusted as an indicator.
