TextEdit is the default text editor for the Mac. If you want to perform Find and Replace operation on your file, follow the below steps:
- Open your file in TextEdit,
- Now go to Menu: Edit -> Find -> Find and Replace... (can also use shortcut Command ⌘ + Shift ⌥ + F)
- This should show the Find and Replace option, with replace and all options.
- Simply search for the word you want to find and the word you want to replace.
- If you would to replace all the occurrences select all.
