If you do not have an iPhone, or you want to reset your Apple Watch without it, you can follow the below steps.
Step-by-Step:
Step 1: Go to Settings on your Apple Watch.
Step 2: Now tap on General and then tap on Reset.
Step 3: You will see a button: "Erase All Content and Settings", tap on it.
Step 4: If prompted, type in your Password.
Step 4: Now tap on "Erase All" to confirm.
Your Apple watch will not be reset to the default factory settings. Note: this will upload and disconnect your watch with your iPhone.
