If you see "Restricted Mode is intended for safe code browsing Trust this window to enable all features" message on the Visual Studio Code IDE window then you might have opened a file that is not accepted for Trust.
To remove this message, click on the Manage link next to it.
You will see "You are in Restricted Mode - Code is in a restricted mode intended for safe code browsing.
