The "Quick Analysis Tool" in Microsoft Excel for Mac is a tool that provides a quick way to visualize and format the data on a Spreadsheet. You can create charts, perform calculations, and so on.
Let's take a look at how to use the "Analyze Data Tool"
- Open your Excel Spreadsheet.
- Select the data that you want to analyze.
- Under the Home tab, at the extreme right you will see the icon for Analyze Data.
- When you click on it you will get a side window that will Analyze the data and provide insights and options to add charts.
As you can see in the above screenshot, I was able to plot a graph for the data based on the question I asked.
