Reason for error: 0x80190190
The request to the server has failed due to invalid syntax or the server is down.
Fix/Solutions:

One of the reasons for this error could be that the Xbox service might be having an outage, so it is better to check the Live Xbox Status page.
- Make sure you have a stable internet connection. Try switching to some other network and try again.
- Restart your Xbox Console and try again.
- Make sure your Xbox Software is up to date.
