In order to turn off Auto-Brightness on your iPhone, you can go to Settings -> Accessibility -> Display & Text Size and scroll down and turn off Auto-Brightness.

- Now, Select Accesiblity,
- Now, Select Display & Text Size,
- Scroll down and disable, Turn off Auto-Brightness
