If cookies are disabled on your Safari web browser, then you can enable it by following the below steps.
- Open Safari.
- Go to Menu: Safari > Settings... (macOS Ventura or above)
- Now click on Priavcy tab.
- Click on "Advanced Settings"
- Now un-tick "Block all cookies"
- Close Settings window.
