How to Remove Possible Data Loss Message

    On Windows:
    1. Go to File -> Options
    2. Now under Save -> Save Workbooks uncheck "Show data loss warning when editing comma delimited files(*.csv)"
    3. Click OK button.
    On Mac:
    1. Click on Menu: Excel -> Preferences...
    2. Click on Save,
    3. Unckeck - "Show data loss warning when editing comma delimited files (*.csv)"

Now re-open the CSV file and you should not see this warning message!
