Today while trying to crawl a new blog post in Google Search Console I received this above information message "Page actions are temporarily disabled" and even the request "REQUEST INDEXING" link/button is disabled. By clicking on the learn more button you would find more information,

The "Request Indexing" feature of the URL Inspection Tool has been disabled in order to make some technical updates. We expect it to be re-enabled in the coming weeks. In the meanwhile, Google continues to find and index content through our regular methods, as covered

We have disabled the "Request Indexing" feature of the URL Inspection Tool, in order to make some infrastructure changes. We expect it will return in the coming weeks.   • Crawling is still not available, today is 24 Oct 2020, but when I submit a URL and click on LIVE TEST, I get "URL is available to Google", so this is not impacting crawling URL to index in realtime. Also, try site:code2care.org per say, you can filter by date and see if the page is available in search results or not.
