Today 25 January 2023, Microsoft has suffered a major incident that has impacted multiple services such as
- Microsoft Teams
- Exchange Online
- Outlook
- SharePoint Online
- OneDrive for Business
- Microsoft GraphUsers across the globe are unable to access multiple Microsoft 365 services

As per the update on MO502273 a potential networking issue and are reviewing telemetry to determine the next troubleshooting steps

As per Microsoft the incident has been resolved!
We've confirmed that the impacted services have recovered and remain stable. We're investigating some potential impact to the Exchange Online Service. Further, updates on the Exchange investigation will be available in your admin center under the SI# EX502694.
