Have you lately seen the latest update for the Microsoft Teams app? The application now lets you login and manage both business (org) and Personal accounts,

Teams: Switch between Corporate/Org Account to Personal accounts

Once you login you can switch between your Corporate/Org Account to Personal accounts,

Switch to Org or add work or school accounts
