If you get the above error message when you try to access certain URLs on Google Chrome, then the reasons mostly could be that you are using an extension called "Urban VPN" for this issue.
Fix: Disable Urban VPN Extension and Check
- Click on the 3 dots menu at the top right,
- Select Settings,
- From the left sidebar select Extenstions,
- Turn off Urban VPN
- Try accessing the webpage again, it should work now!
