If you are trying to download or update an Application using the App Store on your Mac device and you see a complete blank, black or a white screen (depending upon dark or light mode) you can try the below steps and see if it resolves this issue.
Fix Blank Screen issue App Store Mac
- Open Mac Terminal,
- Delete cache files of the App Store, under ~/Library/Caches/com.apple.appstore
- Now restart App Store.
- If restart does not work, reboot your Mac.
⛏️ This should work on most macOS: Catalina, Big Sur, Mojave, Monterey or the latest macOS Ventura 13.0.
