If you received the error AADSTS90033 while trying to access then just check your Service Health Dashboard you should see incident MO222965 saying,
Starting at Monday, September 28, 2020, at 9:25 PM UTC: Users may be unable to access multiple Microsoft 365 services. More info: Users would be unable to access Outlook.com, Microsoft Teams including Teams Live Events, and Office.com. Additionally, Power Platform and Dynamics365 properties are affected by this incident
You can also check https://status.office365.com/ or any ongoing issues with Microsoft Office 365 related outages or issues.
