Turning Off Chat in Gmail

✋️ Gmail Chat can be turned off from Chat Settings.

Here is a quick image walkthrough of how we can turn off Google Chat (Hangout) from Gmail,

1. Login to Gmail


2. Click on Chat Your Display Picture to get Options, then Click on Chat Settings,


3. Now the Chat Setting tab will be loaded, Select Chat Off and Save Changes

Now you will not see Google Chat Box in your Gmail.
