In order to limit the number of rows to scroll back in macOS terminal, follow the below steps,
- Open Terminal Application,
- Go to Menu: Terminal -> Preferences...
- Click on Profiles tabs and select Window,
- In ScrollBack section, change βLimit number of rows toβ instead of "Limit to available memory" as per your need
- Close Preferences
