
There is no key on the Mac Keyboard to insert an intervened question mark ¡, but there is a keyboard shortcut that you can use to get it.
Press Option ⌥ and Numeric Key 1 together and you should have an inverted exclamation mark inserved at the cursor position.

Option + 1
