macOS 13 i.e. Ventura got a completely new redesign for the System Setting (earlier known as Preferences) application. It looks much like the iOS and iPadOS with a sidebar with all the setting options.
If you think that the icons and the font size on the sidebar are too small for your eyes, you can increase their size of them by following the below steps,
- Click on the Apple Logo on the Mac Menu Bar,
- Now select System Settings,
- Select Appearance from the sidebar (you may have to scroll down)
- You will see a drop-down next to the "Sidebar icon size" - change it to large (other options - medium and small)
- You will notice that the size of the icon and font-size increases or decreases based on the option you select.
