How to reset AirPods or AirPods Pro using iPhone/iPad or iPod


If you are having trouble connecting your AirPods or AirPods Pro with your iOS devices such as iPhone, iPad or an iPod touch, you can reset them by following the below easy to follow steps,

  • Put your AirPods back into the charging case and make sure to close the lid,
  • Now wait for 30 seconds,
  • Now open the lid of the AirPods case, and put on both the pods in your ears,
  • On your iOS Device (iPhone/iPad/iPod touch) go to Settings App,
  • Tap on Bluetooth -> Select your AirPods
  • Now click on the "More info (i)" icon next to your AirPods name,

  • Tap on Forget This Device and confirm,
  • Open the case lid open and press and hold the setup button on the back of the case for 15 seconds (should see the indicator light blinking).
  • Now put the buds in the case and open the lid again to reconnect your AirPods
