If you set multiple languages for the Keyboard on your Mac device, you will see that there is the "Text Input" icon appears on the Mac Menu Bar on macOS Ventura,

Show Emoji & Symbols
Show Keyboard Viewer
Open Keyboard Settings...
How to hide Text Input Menu Icon
- Click on the Apple Menu -> System Settings..,
- Select Keyboard from the side menu and under Text Input click Edit... next to Input Source
- Turn off "Show Input menu in menu bar"
