In order to disable Siri on Mac Monterey, follow the below steps,
- Click on the Apple Menu: -> System Preferences...,
- Now click on the Siri icon,
- Now uncheck Enable Ask Siri,
Uncheck Enable Ask Siri
- This should disable Siri.
