In order to disable Siri on Mac Monterey, follow the below steps,

  1. Click on the Apple Menu:  -> System Preferences...,
  2. Now click on the Siri icon,
    macOS System Preference Siri icon
  3. Now uncheck Enable Ask Siri,
    Uncheck Enable Ask Siri
    Uncheck Enable Ask Siri
  4. This should disable Siri.
