Not everyone would like to use Siri on a Desktop (iMac, Mac mini) or Laptops (MacBook Air or Pro), if you are one such person and do not want the Siri icon displayed on the Menu Bar next to Control Center on macOS Big Sur, just follow the below steps,

Hide Siri Icon Mac Menu Bar
Go to Apple Menu (Apple icon) and select System Preferences..., click on Siri and and uncheck Show Siri in Menu Bar checkbox. The Siri icon from the Menu bar should be gone.
