At times you would like to hide the Notepad++ Toolbar in order to have less distraction and more focus, especially when trying to showcase something, you can hide un-hide the toolbar by going to Settings -> Preferences and clicking on the checkbox Hide under the toolbar.
As soon as you hide the toolbar you will see only the menu bar as shown below,
