You might have noticed that when you try to save a web page in Google's Chrome Browser for Mac OS X, you get only two options i.e Webpage, only HTML or Webpage, Complete, you have no option to save the page as PDF. I tried some of the extensions for Chrome that did save the page pdf but tampered the alignment or added some unwanted .
Save PDF using Google Chrome: No Extension required! Here is how you can do it,
- Press Command ⌘ + P to open Print Dialog
- You should see Open PDF in Preview link at the bottom left, Click on it
- Now the preview app is opened that displays the page as PDF (can have multiple pages depending upon the content of the webpage)
- Press Command ⌘ + S and you should be able to save this pdf file.
- Thats it!
