If you wish to exclude a particular list, library, or site from showing up in search results, then you can set the option 'allow to appear in search results' to No.
Exclude resutls from SharePoint search
There is another way to exclude a particular URL or item from the results using search scopes.
- Navigate to your Search Scope.
- Add a new Rule.
- Enter the List URL in the correct text box.
- Select 'exclude' for excluding these specific results from search.
- Click OK to save.
